Hotels with Room Service in Carlsbad

Nice place to stay and easy to get to.

We did not get service in our room the entire stay. (Not any fresh towels or trash pick up for 3 days) Also they say the pool is heated and it is not. We did not see one person in the pool the entire time. That is not family friendly for kids who just want to swim. Otherwise the property is clean and Court yard is very nice. Good access to beach. Friendly staff.

Check in staff, pool/towel staff, and valet came across friendly and helpful as a couple who are people of color. The food and drinks from the market place were quite expensive in order to have little to no taste/flavor. Some of the food from Bob’s Steakhouse was good. Some of our food selections were dried out or very little flavor. The duck, oysters, and mashed potatoes were good. The baked potato was dried out. The salmon was cooked well, but tasted flavorless. The room appeared clean overall. But the curtain rod had what seemed like years worth of cobwebs that reached down to the lamp with a live spider that was huge.
