Bad hosts. We had several issues whilst we were there. The toilet was not working and one of the beds was broken. Hence it became a 1 bed, 1 bathroom prooerty. We needed, and paid for, 2. The tap in the kitchen was dripping and kitchen blind would not open, so we couldnt even see the view. The property location and size are great. But the quality was not acceptable. We contacted the hosts during our stay, who said they would send someone to come and look at the issues. This did not happen. On Saturday morning, we were woken early by very loud builders right outside both bedrooms. Music was blaring, the actual work they were doing was extremely noisy and there was copious swearing. Completely unacceptable for a family. We contacted the hosts again, who agreed this was unacceptable. We were told that the manager would be contacted regarding compensation and that they would get back to us. Despite me contacting them again several times, through VRBO and through Koya homes, and being told once again that the manager would be contacted, I have had no communication from them. They clearly have no customer care once you have handed over your money. I have never written a negative review before, but the lack of respect for customers is just rude. Please avoid.

Lovely spacious living and kitchen area. Comfy and well equipped. Bathrooms good, with decent showers. All carpets need replacing, lots of stains and the outside area at the back wasn’t very inviting. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation. Great view and we would stay there again.
