Best Western - accommodation in Cardiff-by-the-Sea

Very clean and safe hotel. We loved the pool area and great happy hour specials. The room smelled a little musty but it was very clean. Definitely good value for your money.

So, the stay started off super rocky. The system, for what I was told, the power grid in the city went out and we weren't able to get key card for the evening which required the security guard to get us in the parking area and our room. OK, no big deal. We got in and I figured we'd get our card in the morning and awesome. THEN, the TV went out literally. So I called and they said they would fix it. They claimed they fixed but nope. I asked them to fix it again and they weren't able to do so which is when they asked to have my family move to another room? I said, unless it's an upgrade, I want a full refund. They gave us a good suite, didn't charge for the parking, and the rest of our stay was worthwhile and very relaxing. Thank you to those at The Dana! The food was excellent and the staff was very understanding and accomodating.

Breakfast was fresh, good options. Staff were superb! Room was clean and delicious! I enjoyed everything and everybody!!! thank you....will book there again!!
