Overnight @ north winds

The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The location was close to businesses and was just along the main road. One drawback is the absence of an elevator since we were dragging our suitcases through the stairs.

Clean room. Self check in so didn’t really see any staff. No hot water at all on day two of my stay, and no communication as to why. Had to go to the front desk and the gentleman there was very polite but couldn’t give a time frame on when it would be restored.

We had a 3-night stay in the Northwinds in Sep 25. The pre-check-in worked really well, the room was clean and a good size, the parking was easy, and both the on-site restaurant and other walkable options were great. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Would recommend and would stay again if back in the area.

No iron or ironing board, no robes, no extra shower towels only 2, no provided bottled body wash or lotion, only what’s stuck on the wall of the shower. So if you wanted to have a bath you had to upgrade and buy a whole unnecessary spa basket. For the prices, necessities like shower/towel/robe should have been included
