The Space:

Start your day with the impressive views from this top floor, air conditioned unit. Situated on two levels, the master suite with ensuite occupies the top floor and the ground floor offers huge living space, dedicated dining area, full bathroom, laundry and a spacious queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own TV, plus another one in the main living room. The high ceilings continue throughout the home, and the brand new air conditioning keep the whole condo cool in summer. Located 15 minutes from Banff, and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio with BBQ and seating to enjoy the mountain air. Both bedrooms offer scrumptious soft towels, comfy beds and luxury hotel linens.



This condo is well suited to two couples, or to families with children. The secret room under the stairs has been lovingly decorated by the owner's children. It contains comfy cushions, toys, books and games. What better place for smaller children to unwind while the parents enjoy a glass on wine and the incredible views on the deck!



We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee and locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!). Complementary heated underground parking provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all parts of the condo itself, and The Lodges amenities, including pool, hot tubs (3) and fitness room. There is also a cute outdoor kids area outside Cougar Lodge.



The Neighborhood:

The Lodges at Canmore is a resort-style accommodation set in the main tourist area of Canmore. We are walking distance to downtown (20 minutes via lovely Spring Creek Boardwalk), and just 5 minutes to the Shops of Canmore with bars, restaurants, cafes, convenience and liquor store.



Getting Around:

Canmore is very walkable, with The Lodges at Canmore just a 20 minute walk to downtown via beautiful Spring Creek Boardwalk. Please note that parking downtown is not free, you can pay at a number of parking kiosks. If you prefer to catch the bus, the local Roam Transit is completely free within Canmore, and offers paid connections to Banff and Lake Louise. The bus runs from just outside The Lodges.



Other Things to Note:

Check in is via the front desk which is open 24 hours. There is secure underground heated parking for your vehicles.

The condo was so cute, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Only minor issues were bedroom AC was leaking so we couldn’t use it. Glad the weather wasn’t hot except our last night but there was a ceiling fan which helped. Also, the shower curtain in the first fl bathroom needs to be replaced already. But overall we would love to stay here again. Great hosts.

Fantastic Location & Thoughtful Host!

The location couldn’t be better — easy to walk or drive wherever you need to go. There are nearby trails that lead right into town, and we even spotted some wildlife! The host was super responsive and went above and beyond by suggesting a helpful itinerary. Check-in was smooth overall, with just a minor hiccup in communication. Having access to the parkade was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Streaming services on the bedroom TVs didn’t work for us, but honestly, we weren’t there to watch TV! This is a perfect home base for exploring Banff and the surrounding area.

Great location! And great views!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much. We did not spend a lot of day time at the condo as we were out enjoying the park. This is a great base to do that. Clean and lots of room. Beautiful view of the mountains! We both slept very well. The pool sound was not that noticeable even with the windows open and the complex was very quiet after dark. This is a great value because of the location. Canmore has a super cute downtown and the condo is about a 15 minute walk there. Great eating options literally 2 - 3 blocks away. We would stay here again. Host was very responsive. Staff on site were also friendly and helpful when asked.

The property manager I worked with was very responsive and I really appreciated that. Jane was awesome! The condo itself is very cute and clean. It was comfortable and well situated in the town of Canmore. My only critique is to maybe leave some instructions on how to use the oven. It was different from the oven in the US. Weekend in Canmore

The layout worked nicely for two couples, with the upper level having its own bathroom. The bedrooms were comfortable, and everyone was able to maintain a pleasant temperature using the windows or the portable air conditioning. The kitchen was well set up for our needs. The location was walkable to the Spring Creek area, which was a bonus since we had reservations at Bridgette Bar. Although we didn’t use the pool areas, they seemed popular. The property was working on the deck for this unit, but that was communicated ahead of time, so we were aware before we arrived, and it wasn’t a problem for us. Thanks for the nice stay!

Our favourite family trip so far!

This is the first trip we have done as a family in our own country. Travelling from BC to AB was a fantastic choice for an outdoor-loving family. Visiting Canmore/Banff/Lake Louise in the shoulder season was a perfect time!! It was quiet, ideal for hiking and seeing sights, and so cozy! Jane and her property were so fitting for us - it felt like a home away from home. We could have packed our bags, moved in, and never returned home! So clean, fresh, and cozy! And the pool was a major hit - we spent hours every evening there. Canmore was the cutest town that we instantly fell in love with and plan to return to asap. Thanks for making our impromptu family getaway one we continue to reminisce about almost daily 💙
