Customer service was great. Food was not the best. Needs variety. On our laat night, my 7 year old got food positioning from the restaurant Zen. Hotel said I was lying about it and saud my son probably ate something outside the hotel. I told them we were in the hotel all day and to check their cameras, but they still said I was lying. Hotel didn't want to take any accountability. I had to call the hotel doctor and that ended costing $200 dollars, plus $100 in medications. Definitely not going back.

Clean room but given a balcony that literally was the view of the snack bar…. Probably worse view possible at the hotel and they told me no other rooms were available for my stay. Room 476 to be specific try to avoid if you want to actually sit in your balcony. Only one elevator was working in the side of the hotel I was on. Had to take the stairs if I didn’t want to wait 5 minutes. Everything else was perfect other than you have to pay 35% service fee if you try to use your resort credits so skip out on the resort credits if you decide you just want to relax

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The food in each of the restaurants including room service and beach service was very tasty and well prepared. We had a great time and plan on returning soon

The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The beach view was really good. The only thing I didn’t like was the food options in the buffet. It was very limited. I think out of all the restaurants I liked the breakfast and Zen for dinner. The pizza shop and the fries were so good and fresh.

I don’t like when I try to get a guest day pass of course paying for it, The staff don’t want to sell to me only if I take the meeting where the want to sell me a time share membership, wasting my time 2 1/2 hours of the birthday celebration of my wife ,
