Arrived before the stated check-in time but the room was ready so got checked in easily. No additional charge unlike some of the chain hotels. The shower temperature was at best, tepid. Haven't ever experienced this in a hotel with a 3 star AA rated hotel. A big disappointment ! Not a very nice guy on Reception last night; he preferred chatting to someone who wasn't a resident than check me in. Again, disappointing. As a lone female, I won't be back, sadly.

They hid the truth that the room is in basement . Also the hair dryer is almost broken . The receptions were also lack of interest to smile or say hi with you every time when you were in and out .
