A great hotel for a car free visit to Cambridge. It’s right next to Cambridge north station and there’s a bus right outside the hotel that takes you to Cambridge city centre within 15 mins. Lovely pool, comfortable beds and rooms and nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.

They say that staff make a visit worthwhile. I stay in a lot of hotels on business and have to say that the staff here from entering to leaving were so helpful and friendly, great rooms, great breakfast.

Looks great, staff lack training.
New hotel, nice decor, great parking and conveniently right next to station which is just 4 minutes into Cambridge. Nice in room amenities. Service levels pretty poor, some staff lack basic training while others have to make up for them and are probably exhausted. Normally I’d understand keeping staffing levels is difficult in recent years but this place has an abundance of people standing around. Perhaps they’re underpaying?! Pool area always full during our stay even late in evening. Gym lovely, great for hotel this size. Changing rooms tiny and covered in water and people’s fluff. Grim.
