We were upgraded to an executive room and it was perfect for our one night stay we used the pool where the receptionist of the spa was so lovely and welcoming. Only slight gripe was the breakfast as only one coffee machine was working it was all quite chaotic and having ordered vegetarian sausages I waited 30 mins to be told they don’t have any!!

Overall a decent stay, but this was the first time we had stopped after a late flight arrival. When checking out there was a huge queue, with only two staff. As we needed to register a car registration due to pick is up we had to jump the queue. Very poorly managed receptiion at an obvious peak time
