I was pleased with everything in the room except the coffee maker. The coffee maker is a nespresso one which if you prefer plain black coffee its a definite turn off. Maybe if you went to ordinary coffee makers but had the option for an nespresso a lot of us would be a lot happier.

I was flying home last minute because my Unfortunately, due to the passing of my grandmother, I was dealing with significant stress while traveling. My flight was delayed multiple times, and I was unable to arrive at the hotel or cancel the reservation in time. I notified the hotel, but was directed to Expedia, and after spending nearly an hour on hold, Expedia advised that any refund decision was up to the hotel. Being passed back and forth during an already difficult situation was disappointing. I was charged for the room despite never staying there, and no one was willing to take ownership of resolving the issue. I understand policies exist, but some empathy and flexibility in situations like this would have gone a long way.
