Upon check in guests should be advised that elevator access is limited to certain parkade levels. Carpets and furniture were stained. Small flies were emerging from the shower drain and were gathering on the shower walls and floor. Bathroom sink was slow to drain

This is not a 4 star hotel. The windows are not well noise insulated, and because of that it is very noisy in the room. The hotel is surrounded by major construction sites which adds to the noise of the traffic and will be there for a long time. The carpet is old and wavy, housekeeping is spotty, too late in the day and lacks attention to detail. The safe and fridge are located very inconveniently. You have to get on your knees to access them. The check in counter during busy time was only manned by 1 person. Moxy, the hotel‘s restaurant is ok for food but do not order a cocktail. The drinks have so little substance that you are better off drinking a club soda with lime.

Good for business and short stays

Checkin was fast, was able to add a guest for parking, room was clean, and amenities were good. Train stop is right there. It was for a business trip, so the power adapter built into the table was a nice touch. AC was loud and rough. At some point while I was out, maintenance was in the room & a notice was left. Neighborhood is a bit rough, but I knew that. Lots of creatures outside in the early morning at 3:45am, but the hotel has security.

Beautifully decorated hotel but property is right on the light rail line which was very noisy at night. Staff was very friendly, especially Ladeen who checked us in.
