The only thing that I didn’t like was there was some ice and snow in the parking lot, but sometimes that can’t be helped. everything else was awesome , would definitely recommend.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Staff were rude and lied to me about what room I was getting then gaslighted me when I brought up the issue. They did nothing to try to correct the oversight. Would not recommend.

Hello, i stayed at this hotel Thursday-Monday. They charged me $40 bucks for a Towel because i have red in my hair, i spend close to $600 to stay there. I am a very clean person, I Hung up everything to dry etc. If this is in their policies, they should OFFFER Secondary options for situations like this or compromising in a better manner! The Woman supervisor was Rude!!! I can even tell The FrontDesk Clerk was shocked and the other cleaning lady because I got to meet them as i stayed there. Im sure they can afford ONE Towel!! Sucked.
