I always enjoy staying at a holiday inn and this one was really good. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, loved the pancake maker.

Well the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night was not great. Air conditioner was leaking - so carpet was wet. We told them. It was not addressed. No way to shower without flooding the floor - need longer/better shower curtain Staff at breakfast doing great job trying to keep up. No towels in pool area.

Unfortunately when I woke up on our first morning there I had a bed bug running across my pillow. I have had to deal with those at hotels I’ve worked at. I went to the desk at 7:30 in the morning. They did give us a new room but…. Still paid full price
