The hotel is definitely showing its age, and could use a refresh. Amenities were fine, but nothing special. Between the location (adjacent to a major road) and some guests, the hotel was quite noisy at night. Additionally, the air conditoner in my room was extremely loud.

The woman who works at the front desk weekdays in the morning was wonderful. Very welcoming and accommodating. She was the best feature of the hotel.

Quite an old property. Will need a complete remodel. Toilet looked like it was installed in 1960, but overall I’ll give kudos to the cleaners cause the cleanliness of the room and sheets made it difficult complaining about anything. For a start management please paint the rooms white. The room we got was brown ad made the space look dull

Like many popular hotels, could do with a few maintenance upgrades. Electrical wall plugs tended to not hold ones charging plugs securely. But the property was clean , the rooms comfortable. The staff very cheerful and ready to help.. We particularly liked the showers, very non slip floor..

Had a terrible time trying to get an early check in. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast room is GROSS. Doesn't even taste like coffee. The door into the room was very difficult to open. Luckily we didn't have an emergency to get out. The toilet flush system broke on the first night. There is very little, if any, soundproofing. We could hear every word from the guys next door. Signage said Newly Renovated..cold not see where any renovations had been done. Maybe new paint on the exterior???
