Nice modern hotel, clean rooms and a great location. Only downside was the Expedia listing showed that there was an airport shuttle, which when I asked the hotel on arrival they mentioned they just had a $40 flat rate cab program. Kinda disappointing, otherwise great hotel no other complaints.

There was a noise outside my window (room 514) all night! it sounded like a dripping or knocking. Also there was no body lotion and the shampoo and soap has a terrible smell

Booked a one king size bed months in advanced. They put us in what felt like a handicapped accessible room that had a double and a single bed. Were told that there was nothing they could do about it and were stuck with the room we got. Hopefully no one was there that needed that kind of room more than we did.

I booked Alt hotel for three nights. Upon arrival, the front desk staff who were checking us in, was rude and unwelcoming. There seemed to be discrimination involved because when she was checking a business white male, she was friendly and wished that guest a nice stay. However, with us, she didn't bother to make us feel welcome; she was rude and very short with us. Hotel hallways are very dark and there rooms extremely small, no mini fridges any of the rooms, and this hotel is not very clean especially the bathroom. Also it's a area where there are a lot of homeless people, drug addictions in the area. The worst stay.
