The hotel was under staffed it took me 45 minutes to check in there where only 2 people working the front desk and the one restaurant that was open had very little food available I went in at 2:30 am on Sunday morning. Overall my stay at the hotel was not good

Service desk told us that they were over booked. Had to wait to get approval because they said it was third party. Made me nervous that we might not have our room. We were sent across the street and was able to finally make it to our concert we had tickets to. Only got to see 30 minutes and wasted $200. After event our keys didn’t work and had to wait again to have security unlock.

Had to wait an hour to check in. Late to concert we stayed there for. Paid extra for upgraded room which we didn’t get. Got there an hour and a half after check in and they were still cleaning rooms that we had to wait for. Bathroom was not clean!

Terrible room. Broken shower. No iron. Terrible smell in hallway. And our room was all the way at the bottom in the back. It was cold and unenjoyable. We left early because we couldn’t sleep there due to the noise above us also.

First time staying here.you guys need desperately remodel very dangerous to have guests the floors are unstable water leaks everywhere. Felt unsafe with all the back doors wide open homeless walking in and out. I hope you guys find some funding to remodel very sad to see this place becoming a ghost town

The whole Buffalo Bill hotel section smelled of mildew and water damage. The front desk lines took forever at both Buffalo Bills and Primm Valley Casino. Asked for extra linen and it took over two and a half hours because they only had one person in housekeeping or errand running in the evening and they were on their hour brake during part of that time.
