The room had no bathtowels. I didn't realize this until 6am in the morning when we were rushing to get out the door. Housekeeping was not available until 9am, so I had to walk (the very long walk) back to the front desk to get towels. The only upside was the apologetic and understanding young man that was working the front desk. He said (along with another staff member later) that this is a common occurance.

The parking is strange to get to our room but to room had a roach in the bathroom and the walls had like a blood splatter and the furniture looks like it's been there since they opened.

I wasnt able to able to check into my room because it wasn't until 7:00 at night. By then I just went home. The weather was horrible. The service was terrible. It was a complete waste of money. I never even got to use it. The location wasn't helpful. Didn't say a word about when it was going to be ready. Just told me to keep waiting. Keep waiting. Keep waiting. I am very disappointed that I spent any of my points on this room

Perfect location to film the Shining 2. Crazy long hallways with gross carpet, trash filled parking lot. Tired property that is the last holdout in Primm.

Our room wasn’t clean. The shower and shower curtain were filthy, the floors were dirty and the casino always smelled like stale cigarettes and my grandmothers perfume. The food was marginal and overpriced. We couldn’t order food because there isn’t any delivery in the area. I will never stay here again.

The room was average and looked like someone had spilt coffee on the bathroom floor BUT was otherwise clean. Zola at the front desk was awesome! That woman had guests backed up to the casino waiting to check in but she stayed calm and was pleasant

3 clerks at check-in 1 did nothing - seriously nothing . 8-10 people to check in , did not help a single one. 1 in the middle polite/happy 1 on the right referred to guests as “those people” for convention event and reluctantly handed out the promotional material Thin walls and hallway had buzzing electrical noises and employee meeting room loud. Room had dried stains.
