The room was generally clean. The carpeting is worn and stained. Furniture in the room and common areas is worn and chipped. Really needs some upgrading. We did not have breakfast and felt that the $14 pp price for a continental b'fast was too much. This is often complimentary especially considering the price of the room. I also did not like the $24/day charge for parking, which should also be complimentary
