Restaurants, live music, cafes & boutiques are all within walking distance. The rooftop has 360 views of Bucerias and Banderas Bay with a large pool, gym, grill, and ample seating area.

The Space:
*Notice: There may be some nearby construction noise between 8:30 AM and 6 PM. We’ve already adjusted the price to reflect this and ensure you’re getting great value for your stay!

Natural light floods the spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that fully open up to an expansive balcony, providing views over the colorful homes of Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta to the South. You’ll feel the romance and charm of Bucerias every day! The windows seal completely, keeping the interior peaceful.

The property boasts great amenities. Enjoy a morning workout at the gym followed by a dip in the rooftop infinity pool. The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again!

We had a lovely 2 week stay. The apartment is clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies (pots/pans/utensils/dishes) cleaning supplies, paper products and laundry supplies for the in unit laundry were also provided. The beds are comfortable.Communication with the host is outstanding! We ran out of dishwasher pods, a quick text and it was at the front desk the next day. The rooftop terrace was enjoyed every day between pool time and playing cards. All in all, if staying in Bucerias and did not want an all inclusive resort I would highly recommend this apartment. The location was excellent with a well stocked grocery store within walking distance (Chedraui). The beach a quick walk as well. Also a taxi stand near by for further exploring.
