Approximately one mile from the dam, you'll appreciate the closeness to Table Rock Lake. Visiting the fun-filled attractions is easy as the property is a short drive to all that Branson has to offer, and you can look forward to retreating to this serene property at the end of your busy day. It's the perfect location to hide away for a quiet getaway. Nestled in the Ozark mountains in the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Village, this gem is tucked away near nature and is the ideal spot to get away from it all. It offers just the right amount of coziness and comfort and all you need for your stay. All of the best area attractions including Silver Dollar City, Main Street, Big Cedar, Branson Landing, theaters and more are conveniently located near this central location. Whether for a couple's getaway, a girls' trip, a family vacation, or a business trip, the clean, updated with all the amenities is the ideal place to retreat to for a peaceful stay.

The condo entry is ground level with an easy walk from the parking lot to the front door. There are three separated steps between the parking area and the front door. No stairs exist inside the condo. The unit has 1 bedroom with a king bed and a desk for working if needed, a family room with comfortable furniture including a queen sleeper sofa perfect for kids, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances. A Keurig is included as well as varieties of coffee, creamers and sugar/sweeteners for coffee lovers. A full-sized, front loading washer and dryer will help to keep up with laundry during your stay if needed. The deck backs to trees and overlooks two golf course lakes providing a gorgeous scenic view from inside the unit. Cable and streaming TV is available with 1 Gig of internet speed. We utilize plant based, non-toxic cleaning products including disinfectant after each stay. A security camera that records voice and motion is placed near the entrance of the condo for added safety.

Pointe Royale Golf Village offers a multitude of amenities within a short walk or drive from the condo including golf, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, a fitness center, Tiki Bar, The Pointe Royale Bar and Grill, lakeside fishing, playgrounds and picnic areas adjacent to Lake Taneycomo, and nearby hiking.

Very neat and clean. Mostly updated. Check in and out very easily online. Only problem we had was the noise of 3 kids running on floor late at night, but these might be just a one time visitor and not someone who lives there?
