Very clean and well kept. Staff were extremely friendly. Area was quiet. And, by far, the best value, considering everything, in Branson.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that needed to be addressed was the electrical outlets in the room need to be changed as they all were loose and the cords would not stay plugged in.

Good hotel horrible front desk person

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was decently clean just very outdated. For the price it was very adequate. Was having a great time until an emergency came up and i had to check out a couple of days early. The overnight desk clerk was extremely unhelpful. To the point of being very rude. I didnt see the very tiny box on the side of the building to drop the keys in so i knocked on the door and he acted like i was such a burden to him. He seemed upset that i made him get up out of his chair. Then when he finally came to the door he was very belittling to me and treated me as if i was a child. Ive never been treated so rudely in my life. Maybe he should find a different job if dealing with people is not his thing.

Outdated, not worth the money. For soap we had to use a dispenser in the shower. Not sure if it was supposed to be shampoo or soap as there was no shampoo or conditioner bottles and only one small round soap that was a little bigger than a quarter. Very tacky.

The room was quiet and immaculate. I like the no pet policy as my family has allergies. Generous breakfast choices, all you can eay, hot and fresh. Felisha was awesome. She very attentive made sure everyone was off to a great day. Will definitely be returning!!!
