Room was clean and bed was good. The only negative was that at breakfast my wife got cold scrambled eggs but I didn’t when I went through after her. Would recommend and stay there again.

This hotel is a good one in Branson. From the friendly and helpful staff to the quiet comfortable beds, this is definately a place I would stay again. The only reccomendation I would have would be to check on the pH levels of the hot tub. The water was irritating to the skin.

We were in the lower level of the back building. The bed and pillows were great. We were put in a room for disabled and had some issues with water coming out on the floor. The biggest complaint is there was an odor which almost seemed as if someone was cooking on the floor. This was in the evening mainly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. When you asked for something they did their best. They clean the room every 3 days. They had the same breakfast menu every day and the only fresh fruit was bananas. Overall it was average for the price

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, gravy and biscuit, scrambled eggs and sausage. fried potatoes and waffle. Truly a hot breakfast. The roon was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the hot tub and indoor pool. We enjoyed it so much our granddaughter and her husband are staying there this weekend. The price was less than most places and offered so much. I would recommend Grand Oaks Hotel.

We stayed in the 2nd building and to our delight breakfast was available there too so we didn’t have yo go to the main building. Breakfast was good, good variety of items. One day breakfast was 10-15 minutes late so 645a instead of 630a but we are early risers and most people probably wouldn’t notice. It wasn’t a big deal though. Water was nice and hot for showers, in room microwave, fridge and coffee maker all worked fine. Room was very clean and the affordable price made it even better!

Our room was great, we had the hot tub in the room. Nice to relax privately. The check in desk mentioned how quite the room are, and they were correct! Did not hear neighbors. Hotel was clean all the way around. Breakfast buffet was ok.
