For a handicapp accessible the bed is very low to the floor and the hangers in the closet are unable to take off and if in a wheelchair you cannot reach to hang clothes. If I didn’t have help I could not of hung up my clothes

Nice stay, close to all of the activities and show

Loved the outdoor pool. It was tricky to gain access to gym. You had to have them program it into your key. And the equipment want the best. Breakfast was good and had a good variety.

Great staff. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had was room smelt like someone had smoked in it at some point. But I sprayed some stuff and it was fine. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing worked in our room.. air conditioning was out. It was hot! They came in and put a new air conditioner in on Saturday. He told us to give it a couple hours to cool the room down. We got back like 5hrs later our room was still muggy & hot .. I’m guessing it was a bad weekend for them.

I’ve never been to a hotel that had two buildings, one without a front desk, but everything went well. Rooms were clean, shower was amazing, beds were super comfy. Easy access to everything, great pool. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was great overall. Pool definitely needed a heavy dose of chemicals and our room on the lowest level smelled damp. The area where breakfast was served was a little small for the primary time of breakfast but manageable. Staff was super friendly and overall it was a great stay.

Older hotel, friendly staff, rooms were clean, although older. The carpet in hallways and in elevator could use cleaning, or replacing. Breakfast was good. Overall was a nice place to stay.

Would have loved it more if room service was standard and not where we had to request it 24hrs in advanced for them to come and clean the room. By their standards room service was every 3 days. I’ve stayed in plenty hotels and never had I run into this kind of issue. I mean we didn’t need clean sheets every night but towels and wash cloths would have been nice instead of having to request some every day. The hotel was still good overall but that was my only pet peeve.
