We had such a great stay! Quick check in, beautiful and clean room! The pool and hot tub were a hit! Breakfast was crazy impressive, so many choices and so good!! We have been to Branson so many times and not heard of this gem of a place to stay but now we know and we will be back!!

The bed was so uncomfortable. The head of the bed was lower than the foot so sleeping was very difficult. There wasn’t bedding for hide away bed so that wasn’t an option. The furnace in bedroom didn’t work. The painting on the walls was cute. Parking was fine.

The hotel is very attractive on the outside, very 70’s quality on the inside. Reminded me of cheap room at Ramada Inn in the 70’s. Room service every other day. Our room service day we got 2 washcloths, 4 towels, emptied trash cans. One bed not made, neither bed had fresh linens, no coffee replenished, no new soap/lotion, etc. I tried to call front desk twice from the room phone(dial 0), once from my cell - eac call was sent to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up. I walked to building 1 and spoke to front desk manager. When I told her about call being sent to voicemail she said they didn’t have a voicemail and implied I called the wrong number when she said, “We don’t even have a voicemail system. What number did you call?” She was definitely not a problem solver. Turns out the front desk people were simply pushing hold when the phone rang (I watched them do it) rather than acknowledging the call. Evidently that button push is what I was getting. Front desk manager did not acknowledge that possibility. The young man who did it, of course, said nothing. I told them, I understand busy, but common courtesy by hotel staff would be to acknowledge the call and ask them to hold. Then pick up up the call when you have a few seconds to deal with it. The staff is in dire need of training, mgmt too. I was told my bed was not made because there must have been a personal item on it and they are not allowed to touch personal items. WHAT! My personal pillow was on the bed! Cannot recommend

The breakfast menue was fresh but fake scrable eggs and orane juice. Not well organize in placement of room. Only one in and exit door next to long lines. Small room for guest to eat from 3 different buildings of hotel. Crowded seating. Parking was good.

We were at building 3. The bathroom was super small that you can barely close the door. Not impressed at all. I felt bad for recommending it to a friend. Expedia says to mention to front desk if you have a status (silver for me ) but it didn’t make a difference. I wish I didn’t mention it. I felt ashamed for even mentioning it. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Plenty of parking but if you’re back to the hotel super late, chances are that you are going to park behind the hotel which is a little scary.

Outside building looked inviting enough, but the room was very dirty and the morning front desk crew was very crass. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room, bugs in the sink and hair in the bathroom. There were black greasy fingerprints on the air-conditioning unit as well. When we checked out the next day there was no apology whatsoever,them that the rooms were very dirty.

The staff was professional. Breakfast was good each day. We especially enjoyed the plates and silverware that was available each day. The 3 buildings were clean and in good repair. The gazebo and water features between 2 & 3 were lovely. The weather was beautiful and we spent time enjoying sitting there.
