The area was beautiful. There were some cleaning issues & even though someone came and “took care of it”, it still was not done. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
Jacuzzi tub was not clean. Black gunk and mold in jets.
Lights on jacuzzi had mold in them
Sheet rock dust on bathroom baseboards.
Shower door had mold and scum on the bottom

I already provided a review of the condition of the bathtub needing to be replaced. It has deterioration on the shower wall handle, multiple nicks to the bathtub’s bottom, and felt gummy & the surface looked grimy. The sink is fractured, too. The grounds were beautiful, and we now have booked a cabin for our anniversary.

Good check in. Room nicely set up and very clean. Issue was Wi-Fi not working. Called desk, transferred to help group. They couldn't reset their system so had to escalate. But it never did work. Frustrating as cellular not great in room so needed WiFi for some work related tasks. No restaurant, but small convenience area nearby.

Outrageous pet fee

Our room faced the north east so not much of a view. Room was clean but your toilet is way too low. Very disappointed with the amount you charge for pets. It cost us $150 for our dog for a 2 night stay which is outrageous. You didn’t have doggie stations with bags or trash drop offs. For the price you charge you would think you would use the money you collect for those pet stations. We would have never stayed at your facility if we knew that outrageous charge for a pet.

The bathtub needs to be replaced. Multiple large chips in surface of the bottom of the tub, with visible grime on the length of the textured bottom of the tub, and felt gummy. Also, visible deterioration of the fixture/handle of the shower wall. Bathroom sink surface fractured. I took a photo of tub.
