Beautiful property but was hoping everything was more in walking distance. Room was perfect for what my family needed but it appeared that cleanliness was not a top priority. One bathroom had mold all over the tub and hair on the floor. There was garbage under the beds and old socks in some of the closets. Aside from the cleanliness, it was a nice space.

After learning Hilton has acquired this property, I hope they will invest in replacing bathroom fixtures. The tub shower combo (jetted tub with a shower) is a poor design. Water escapes onto the floor creating a fall hazard. The carpet should also be replaced. (Our 2 bedroom suite had mutiple large stains in several spots.) The indoor pool was undergoing repairs while we were there leaving the outdoor pool in our area super crowded. All in all having stayed at this property for several years in a row now, this was by far, our most disappointing stay.

The property was nice. Close access to the lake. It is still just a few minutes to the main strip but feels like you are away from and enjoying the nice quite lake life. I just wished the room was cooler.

Check in went well. Staff was friendly. The first issue was getting to the building we needed. Instead of drawing a path and circling the building he should have given us a street name. Yes, the place is like a complex and things are so spend out. Our second issue was doing laundry. This was a motorcycle trip. We did not pack a lot. It was great there was laundry facility! The inconvenience came was there wasn’t change machine to get quarters. Had to drive to office to be told they don’t have change. Thanks to the gas station close by we were able to get some.. The people’s weren’t clean and the indoor pool was closed fro reconstruction. Pictures on the site should show how big this place is instead of just two buildings. It has 20 some buildings along with residential homes mixed.

Excellent place to stay with large family. Could hear people above us walking around at times, but wasn't too bad. Great place to stay if you like space, multiple rooms, and want to have a full kitchen to save on costs for eating out.
