Here the issues that we had in our room: 1 - the plugs were so loose, anything that you plug in fell out 2- there was only one door to go out or in of the hotel. Per fire regulations, there must be 2 working exits. 3 - the carpet tacks were exposed by the bathroom door 4 - the ice machine was broken 5 - no outdoor garbage can for the dog poop and it’s a pet friendly hotel. 6 - the GFI plug in the bathroom was broken. 7 -the filter in the air conditioner/heater was filthy and the thermostat was not working correctly. 8 - only one key was available, they were running out. 9 - there was a pill found on the floor of our room that didn’t belong to us. Lucky our dog did not find first. The only good thing was that it is cheap and pet friendly.

have stayed in motel in past, average but not issues. Won't be back: key card replaced 3 times for room, still needed staff master to get into room. TV remote not working - replaced w 2 others..to get volume. Battery checks, on remote and door access would be good. Bkfst - no coffee, no time to wait. other guests were vendors like me for Oktoberfest- Ruttgers. Many expressed dissatisfaction. Good location, reasonable in the past. No more for future. will drive further to find new motel.

Rooms were clean but under stocked for towels. A double queen room with only two towels!!! Rooms have seen too much use and no maintenance. Breakfast area is tiny and poorly stocked. Out of a third of what they did stock. It also was not maintained food on the counter and floor from previous day. Over charging for a hotel that is poorly maintained and cleaned.

Worst hotel in my life

Rooms were musty smelling. Broken box spring under one of our beds. Old uncomfortable mattresses. Huge stains on mattresses. Dirty shower. Black mold on ceiling tiles that they placed on the tables in the pool area. Leaking pipes dripping down on breakfast table. Only 1 entrance/exit to entire building, other door is broke. Breakfast selection was stale, and below my expectations. Old appliances and furniture on patio. Mold on tile grout in pool. Holes in doors.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Bed bugs, spider on the wall, pubic hairs in the bathroom. When complained, they did nothing about it. Other guests vacated their rooms at their expense.

Update the place, clean it good, have cups for coffee in the morning, have better breakfast, clean the carpet, get the bugs out of the lighting, renew the furniture. ALL of it. You are in an area that people come to visit. We left there and went to Cuyuna Lakes Stay. How awesome it was. We loved it at Cuyuna Lakes Stay.

The place definitely needs cleaning and updating. The carpet was dirty with gum stuck on the carpet. There was garbage behind the night stands. The tb and remote didnt wirk. Lamos were falling apart and one of the lights didn't work. We asked for new pillows and i think they melted in the dryer and w were stuck together. The hot tub was fixed but the water was dirty and slimey with black stuff that stuck on my body. The staff were very friedly and helpful and tried to help fix things. The ice machine was broken. If you have other options, find them. I won't be back

Small town inn. Was very nice to stay in. Appliances are old and things were not the most clean. But the people were very nice and I loved the cabin feel. If the bedding and appliances were upgraded, and cleanliness was more detailed it would be perfect! A great stay overall.

Checked in only to find out the pool was closed and the ice machine was broken. Got to the room and the toilet was clogged and water in the sink would not drain. Told the guy at the desk and went for supper. Came back to the same situation. Room was clean, bed was comfy, but the whole place needs some repairs done.

Indoor pool was closed without notification. Barely any breakfast laid out , one morning no breakfast. (Called and the staff overslept and came out of a hotel room there). They refused to even turn on and have the pancake machine going. Ice machine wasn’t working - was told to come to front desk to get ice - once we did that they refused to give us ice and said to buy it at the gas station . We checked out early due to staff and conditions - and now they won’t contact us back on any refund for the days not stayed .
