Patio door off of our room. Trails to the lake were blacktop and great for my walker or cane when touring lakewalk. Driveway could be wider as we were almost hit by a Hummer coming in as we were going out.

Love this resort. We had one little issue and talked to the front desk. They couldn’t fix the issue so they upgraded us to a different room. They were so on top of it all and just wonderful. There is lots to do in the area and lots to explore. Just one side note, the beds do need updating. They are not really comfortable but I have slept on worse. We had to sleep in separate beds as they sank in the middle and we had to fight our way out of the middle. But don’t let this stop you from staying here, it was a small price to pay.

We love this place :) Beautiful sandy beach, fun playground, comfortable rooms, free continental breakfast, and a short walk on the Paul Bunyan Trail to shopping and restaurants. We definitely found a gem with Good Ol’ Days!

Home away from home

Our family enjoyed our stay at Good Ol' Days Resort. The beach area is very family friendly with sand toys, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe to use for free! They also have a newer play yard set up for the kiddos. Our beds were very cofmy and our rental was very clean. Overall, our stay was fantastic with one tiny exception...... the goose poop all over the lawn! Yes, I know it nature, but its not fun to have to dodge goose crap! Thank you for the wonderfyl stay!

Property is well maintained! The dock and beach was very clean! Everything was clean. Accommodations were as described and staff were friendly. Enjoyed the quiet environment!
