The room we booked according to the pictures on-line with a separate tub and shower, was NOT the room we got! The room was dirty, and when we arrived they didn’t have a room ready for us. Check in is at 4pm and we arrived after 7pm and they did not have a room cleaned for us. And told us that because we used a third party to rent it we couldn't get rooms together with the other people we booked with. Iwill never use your site again, and we are all very disappointed with expedia.com!!!

The room was dirty had pop bottle under bed rail dirty washcloth hanging in bathroom black stuff all ober bathroom vent and the soap dispenser was broke off wall. The staff did move us but never tried to make ot better for this was valentines day gift and they seem to just srug ot of lile nothing

Staff were amazing at check in. Room was cleaned. The only negative resulting in giving it an average review was due to not being able to check in on time. Check was at 4pm, I was there promptly at 4:00pm and was told at that time the room was not cleaned/ ready yet. Which resulted in the room not available to check in until 6:00pm.

The first room they checked us into room 501 was not clean, towels on the bathroom floor, bed sheet ruffled definitely used, and trash. When back done and got room 283. That room was clean. Thank you. Walked through the casino, found out that the buffet which they show online on their website was not open. Open. Has it been open for some time. Went to the bar ordered a vodka tonic. Would have been nice if there was vodka in the drink.
