The hotel rooms at the Grand Casino are clean and comfortable! They have been recently renovated and are very nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding were clean and nice! Check in was easy and very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely plan on returning!

Horrible stay! Room next to us was so noisy ( party) call Dawn to the front desk five times. They did nothing about it. The last time I called down, they came up to my room knocked on my door and told me I was harassing the staff and stop harassing the staff. They didn’t absolutely nothing. The noise started at 1:15 in the morning and continued until 5:30 AM. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never ever stay in that property again horrible.!!!

We found it hard to find the hotel parking ( no signs). Ended up bringing our luggage into the casino. Also couldn't find the restaurant we were looking for ( signs led us no where for 20 mins). Had to walk through the smoking section to get to restaurant. Overall friendly staff and nice updated clean facility.
