I was there to be close to a surgical unit. It is a big convention place. Best part was breakfast dining experience. The hostess and main server was very welcoming, professional, and the best face of the hotel.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We needed an accessible room as we stayed here post op from out patient surgery. Interestingly, the accessible room was at the end of the hall and shower products were placed high on the wall. Neither impacted our stay. The ice machine on our hall and one floor up did not work so we had to go 2 floors up. A little inconvenient bc we needed ice packs. The hotel provided us with a wheel chair and the desk staff were amazing. Very pleasant and helpful. Meals were a bit pricy. We ordered out a few times. Overall, our stay was positive.

The location is very convenient, many shops and restaurants closeby. Parking is onsite, very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room wasn't what we reserved and the a bit dated. There were outlets that were loose in the wall and in the bathroom...didn't seem safe. And the mirror in the bathroom was loose and looked like ti was going to fall off the wall.
