Staff (manager) was super nice. However, this is basically a 1 star hotel. There were bugs, the swing lock on the front door was broken, the water came out of the faucet brown, the sheets had big holes in them, the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall, and remember ... there were bugs! Gross!

The room was very clean, but wish there were more pillows and even a comforter on the bed instead of just a plain top sheet. There were only two pillows and that was very uncomfortable for me. My husband had no problems with just one pillow. Overall, the stay was sufficient.

I am super disappointed with my stay and I can't believe OYO has their name associated with this location. The lady at the front desk was SUPER nice, and that's where it ended. I asked her for directions to my room, and she said that my room had a view of the pool. View of the swamp, I think she meant to say. The room was clean-ish
