Breakfast place is ok but coffee is not hot enough, lukewarm coffee isn’t very good. Also no maid service we were there two nights! Don’t make bed or clean bathroom nothing!

The hotel was really nice and clean. The only issue was that when we arrived at the hotel that evening to check in to our room that we had reserved weeks before, we’re were notified that they didn’t have a room available… the staff admitted that the hotel had overbooked the rooms and that they were all filled already. Thankfully they had some dirty rooms that hadn’t been cleaned yet, so we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby while they prepped a room. Overbooking rooms, taking travelers money, and hoping some guest don’t show up is not good business in my opinion. Other than that, the hotel is at least a 8/10

Worst stay ever. Valet stole our car and then found out that towed it. People waiting 2 hours to get their cars. The head of security and head of valet are unprofessional and I had to call police to get anything done. We still are waiting for our car to be returned.

Check-in for our first visit started off bad. We were charged the normal resort fee and incidentals hold on our debit card that totaled $168 something, which is fine. Once we got everything to the room and went down to visit the casino, I received a notification from my bank that my card was just charged again by Live!, only this time it was well over $300. We spoke to staff then and again when we checked out two days later, both saying it was a mistake in the system but it would all be returned to the card after we checked out. That was over 10 hours ago and still waiting. Just a bad way to start the trip. Money wasn't the problem, but the hastle is.

Nice room of course, very limited food choices during the week. Their cafe was closed Monday night, a lot of us can’t afford to eat at Prime! I know they don’t get big crowds on week nights, but the Horseshoe keeps there cafe open and thats were we had to go!
