The food at Ridotto is amazing and the servers are nice. We got the opportunity to speak to the chef as well which was pretty cool. We visited the restaurant for both dinner and brunch.

Impressive hotel in every way. The front desk staff are outstanding and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. The handicap room was fully accessible and gorgeous. The bed was a 10 thank God - everything about the hotel is first rate and will be the only place we stay in Shreveport in the future.
