Room did not have closets, you hung your clothes on a hook on the bathroom entry door.My wife was not able to hang all here clothes on the door. And I thew my clothes over a chair. The refrigerator did not work and the lighting in the room was subpar.

I appreciate the ease of booking the room, even after a few adjustments prior to the visit. Everything during our stay was great. I appreciate the welcoming demeanor of the staff from the front desk to the room staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable, you can’t go wrong with hot showers and soft beds! We will be back!

The front desk staff was WONDERFUL and very helpful. The room was set up ok but needed a lot of cleaning. There were strange stains all over the curtains and something sticky one of the bedspreads. Dining area was clean and staff very sweet.

I placed a reservation with the Hampton Inn and suites on Viking Dr. in Bossier City LA for 5/19/25to5/21/25. I flew in from out state.. after getting my rental car drove to the Hampton Inn and suites where I had my reservations it was around 9 PM to check in. The lady at the front desk for check-in told me oh we’re sorry we had to canceled your room. Expedia should’ve called you but will have your room for tomorrow..the same lady told me next day “ you are a gold member with us so always book thur hotel only so this won’t happen again” . that told me a lot about this hotel.. the next morning I spoke with the general manager, Jackie Thompson and she told me that she was refunding my night through Expedia the room that they had to cancel on me well that’s two weeks later and she never did it. She lied to me.. I just spoke with Expedia. She never ever put in for expedia refund so be very careful with Hampton inn n suites.. actually to be safe I would find a different hotel…
