THE ROOM WAS DIRTY - THE BATHROOM SINK AND BATHTUB WOULD NOT DRAIN WATER. THERE WAS CIGERATE BURNS ALL OVER THE BED. THE SHEETS WERE STAINED AND DIRTY - WE HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK FOR CLEAN SHEETS AND THE LADY WORKING THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE ABOUT GIVING US CLEAN SHEETS. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN - IT WAS TERRIBLE

I stayed 2 nights at Boomtown while in Shreveport for medical care. It was an excellent experience. The whole staff was very attentive and the front desk people were awesome...especially Katie. I will stay here again.

This was our first stay at Boomtown and we will be back. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at the hotel and the casino. It might be an older property but they seem to take care and pride in their casino and hotel.
