Place is going down hill

At check in there was no luggage charts to be found and out check out the ladies at the front desk had them hidden and it was like asking for money to get one to use and the the beds need the mattresses replaced they are wore out pillow cases didn’t fit the pillows. We have stayed here before and it was a lot better last yr not sure if under new management or what but it has changed and not for the better! We won’t be back or the other 2 couples that traveled with us !

I did not like how there were not enough food options being that i went thru the week. Mon-Wednesday. Ended up having to drive around to find restaurants. I had a slow draining sink in my room. No room service, no cleaning from the staff. Had to go down just to get clean linen. The casino was outdated. Had to go to surrounding casinos to actually enjoy myself. Unprofessional staff, had one guy hitting on me and tried to convince me to come share my liquor with him. There were minimal guest there.just wasn't a great stay. We made the best of it while we were there. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The floors were sticky, I thought maybe it was left over cleaner so i cleaned the bathroom and wore shoes the whole first day. By the second day I realized it may have been bug spray, which would also explain the smell. A very large roach crawled up the back side of my bed and over my pillow. I killed the bug and pulled out the bed to find food wrappers and used napkins. Staff offered discounted buffet prices as a solution. I had to reach out to expedia (they were wonderful) in order to get a refund to go stay somewhere else for the remainder of my trip. The manager said: "if it were an infestation and not just one bug you know I'd figure something out." I do not know that and very highly doubt it with the lack of resolution they provided. Also, the smoking floors are below the non-smoking so our room and all our clothes smelled like cigarettes and other smoke for the duration of our trip.

Extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Torrey at the front desk is amazing. The hotel is more rustic, but very clean. We had an issue with our reserved room, but it was sorted out quickly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The property was clean and nice I have no complaints about it. It is an older casino, when I arrived, I did visit the rest room, and it was water on the floor I believe it was leaking from the sink area. They did have a rubber rug covering it. Other people might not would have noticed it But I am very observant. With that being said it wasn't water all over the floor nothing to that extend. When I was leaving there were workings coming in and they were discussing fixing the issue. I also want to thank Mrs. Wilmer at the front desk for being so nice she was very pleasant and professional. She checked me in and also out when it was time for me to leave. I enjoyed her attitude and her enjoyment for her job. Great customer service is very rare these days. Thank you Mrs. Wilmer!!
