Upon arrival at the hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, however the temperature of the room was a little confusing to operate and took some time to get warm. Breakfast had vegan options on request and staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was right near the NEC which was convenient however there isnt anything else within the vicinity. If you want to link to your genting account, make sure you use the same email on your check in. Overall, great stay.

Clean, good facilities. Spa was good. What wasn’t good was breakfast, coffe machines not working properly lack of clean glasses for juice and cups for coffee. Had to keep asking for milk, the cups, the glasses, cutlery. No juice had been refilled had to go and ask. Breakfast items such as bacon etc were slow at being replaced. They did make a reduction in the bill.

It was clean, friendly staff, lovely room. Lots of food choices. We had a very comfortable stay. The only complaint is the unsecured internet service. A hotel of this calibre should have secured wifi for its guests.
