I attended a birthday party and stayed over in the hotel. I had a small single room which very clean and warm, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean the shower was easy to use and the towels were very white and fluffy. The breakfast was well cooked and and adequate. I would definitely stay there again, should the need arise.

Nice place in the country!

Room was very clean,spacious and comfortable, if a little on the cool side, the fitted heating appliance was not really up to the job. En suite was OK. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was enough tea and coffee for eight drinks but no where near enough milk. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with a good selection of hot and cold food.

One night stay

Just a one night stay after taking our daughter back to uni.We have stayed here before and the hotel standards have not dropped since our last visit.Staff are friendly and efficient and the breakfast was excellent.The Room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.

Recommended

We have stayed here several times before and it is a pleasant experience. The hotel is ideally situated in the Lickey hills and is surrounded by trees, The breakfast are excellent and they have recently refurbished the breakfast/dining room. However, a little staff training is necessary. The person serving breakfast needs to offer the choice of drinks and toast rather than waiting for the client to ask. This is normal practice in all hotel s serving breakfast. I have recommended this hotel several other people. .
