"60's Hollywood glam retreat in Beverly Hills"
We loved our stay at the Beverly Terrace Hotel, and wished that we were staying longer. The boutique style hotel had the vibe of a Californian retreat, with a quiet green inner courtyard, perfect to linger over your morning coffee and newspaper, and cool Palm Springs style rooftop lounge area - a great spot to soak up some sun or to take in the sunset over the Hollywood Hills. Our room was clean and modern, with just a few touches of old world Hollywood charm. Complete with all the simple amenities that you would need for your stay, we were very comfortable - and the shower was amazing! The staff at the Beverly Terrace were excellent and very accommodating, readily available with suggestions on where to go out for the night and transport options. The complimentary continental breakfast was ample. The only downside, if any, was that as the hotel is located within a residential and retail area, you need to take taxis or the local bus to get to places of interest in Los Angeles, if you don't have your own vehicle. We would stay here again.

"The hotel is right on Rodeo Drive. "
My family and i really enjoyed our stay at the Luxe. It was nice and quiet and relaxing. It has some really nice restaurants within walking distance which are very family friendly. The concierge are very helpful and help with organising tours. We had a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

    Accommodation In Beverly Hills

You probably already know the postcode. Now you can get to know the place. When you need a break from the action of L.A and Hollywood, Beverly Hills is the place to shop, dine and relax like the stars (and perhaps alongside them). Head for the Hills with one of our Beverly Hills hotels.

Beverly Hills has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a Spanish lima bean farm. At the turn of the 20th century, Henry Huntington and Burton Green bought the land so they could drill for oil. When the Beverly Hills Hotel was built in 1912, celebs began to make the area their home, with Charlie Chaplin and John Barrymore among the first new residents. Today, this ritzy area just five miles south of Hollywood has about 35,000 people living among its palm trees and mansion-lined streets.

    Things to do

One of Beverly’s biggest attractions is Greystone Mansion, a historic Tudor Revival mansion surrounded by landscaped gardens. You might remember it from such movies as Ghostbusters 2, X-Men, The Social Network and a whole bunch of others. If you love period homes and gardens, be sure to check out the Virginia Robinson Gardens too. TV buffs can visit the Paley Centre for Media and enjoy free TV (and radio) shows on private consoles.

Beverley Gardens Park is the perfect place to unwind, with two miles of lawns and gardens along with fountains, roses and a cactus garden.

    Shopping and dining

Even if you don’t buy anything, Rodeo Drive is a must-see just for the experience. Located in the ‘Golden Triangle’ business district of Beverly Hills, it has fancy stores selling brands your favourite rapper would wear. To take the perfect tourist snapshot, stop at Two Rodeo, a cobblestoned shopping centre on the northeast corner of Rodeo and Wilshire.

Beverly Hills has restaurants that range from celebrity favourites, to fancy eateries where the chefs are the celebrities, to old favourites that have been part of the Beverly Hills scene for up to 90 years! If you’re after cheaper eats, there are still plenty of cafes, delis and even some cupcake shops.

    Getting here

If you’re planning to spend big in Beverly Hills, start by spending small on one of our cheap flights to Los Angeles. Then get into the spirit of the place by taking a stretch limo ride with Charlie Sheen all the way to your Beverly Hills accommodation.
