The 'Villa Lilia' is located in a beautiful part of Potsdam in an idyllic green location halfway between Berlin-Spandau and Potsdam city center. Decorated in a rustic country style about 80 m2 large holiday home is a quiet romantic-style coach house very close to the Gross Glienicke Lake.

The nearest beach is within walking distance, only a few meters away on the lakeside. 8 The sandy beach is very suitable for families: it is pure flat, is only gradually deeper and the lake is very clean. Skilful swimmers can swim to the island of love - no motorboat disturbs this idyll. A large playground is also available.

You can wonderful company of our guesthouse cycling and hiking tours, eg. As the Sacrower lake (about 2 km) and to Potsdam-Babelsberg (with the water taxi connection). Located directly on the seafront promenade leads the Berlin Wall bike trail along, where you can walk around the whole of Berlin (160 km long).

The town of Potsdam with all its world-famous attractions such as the Sanssouci Palace and the Glienicke Bridge are just a short drive away. Even faster you are in Berlin-Spandau with the old town and many shops known. Those wishing to explore Berlin, can leave you in the car park the car in the near Spandau train station and comfortably drive with the regional or S-Bahn to the city center. This is hassle free and you come in the evening recovered in his accommodation in the countryside.

The Villa Lilia consists of 2 floors. In the basement there is the bedroom (about 10 m2) with a brand new country house bed and the bathroom with a bathtub in the floor and a separate, also new shower stall.

Upstairs is the spacious living room with an open kitchen and a small bar. From refrigerators to dishwashers with enough dishes (for more than 4 P.) etc. everything is there, what you need for self catering.

Next to the kitchen a staircase leads to the roof - here could eg stay 2 children.. For safety reasons, this sleeping place is only suitable for children over 5 years.

A very nice property in one of the most beautiful residential areas Potsdam features. We look forward to you!

Ideal "home base" for Berlin exploration
Lovely house with beautiful surroundings, including a beach and a playground all within about a 3 minutes’ walk from the house. Ideal for two adults and two children’s traveling to Berlin for the first time. We had a car and drove into Berlin (and Potsdam) city-center every day for exploration of the city. (20-25 minutes’ drive from city center, and free parking at the street.) Fully equipped with a proper kitchen and washing capabilities. Einfach wunderbar
Tolle Lage in einer ruhigen, gehobenen Wohngegend. Nur 150m bis zur Badestelle und Spielplatz. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut, die Bushaltestelle nur 80m entfernt. Wir haben die Berlin Welcome Card genutzt, die auch den ÖPNV in Potsdam umfasst. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch wegen der Rabatte auf Museumsbesuche und Aktivitäten. Der Vermieter hat uns direkt nach der Buchung angerufen und die Details sehr nett besprochen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war dann ebenso unaufgeregt und herzlich, genauso soll das sein. Das Ferienhaus war sehr nett eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, etwa eine schöne Literaturauswahl zu lokalen Ausflugszielen. Ausreichend öffentlicher Parkraum in unmittelbarer Nähe (20m) vorhanden, Be- und Entladen auf dem Grundstück aber problemlos möglich. Zur Qualität und Quantität der Ausflugsziele muss man keine weiteren Worte verlieren. Daher nur zwei Geheimtipps: Das Luftwaffenmuseum in Gatow, mit dem Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen und auch zu erkunden, zudem kostenlos. Besonders schön fanden wir den Flug der Fledermäuse am Seeufer zum Sonnenuntergang. Ruhig sitzen bleiben und darauf warten, dass sie bis zu einem halben Meter an einem vorbeifliegen. Für die Kinder (und auch uns Erwachsene) ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Wir werden uns gerne an unseren Aufenthalt erinnern und bedanken uns herzlich bei den Gastgebern! Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen!

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Vermieter.
Wir nutzten die Unterkunft für ein paar entspannte Ausflugstage in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist schön und für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Check-in/out war absolut einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut großartig! Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

Kurzurlaub in den Winterferien
Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem gemütlichen, sehr schön eingerichteten und perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Jörg und Lilia Drews haben uns empfangen und direkt alles gezeigt, auch bei Fragen waren beide jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben die sehr gute Infrastruktur, die vielen Spielplätze, Restaurants, kurzen Wege, gute Luft und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Natürlich sind wir nun etwas neugierig, wie es sich wohl im Sommer anfühlt, denn meine Kinder und ich wären zu gerne in den See gegangen...So haben wir immerhin die Schwäne beobachten können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft mit besten Gewissen weiter! Vielen Dank an Familie Drews für diese schöne Auszeit!

Perfekte Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig gelegen. Eine Badestelle am See und ein Spielplatz finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt um sowohl Potsdam, als auch Berlin in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, proaktiv und kommunikativ. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist wie beschrieben - Alle Dinge des täglichen Alltages sind vorhanden; das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben sich vor allem über die Hochebene im Wohnzimmer gefreut und dort ausgiebig gespielt. Als Schlafplatz haben wir diese allerdings nicht genutzt. Da die Ebene keine räumliche Trennung vom Wohnzimmer hat, wären die Kinder durch die Stimmen und das Licht des Wohnzimmers in ihrem Schlaf gestört gewesen. Das große Bett im Erdgeschoss war für uns trotzdem ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
