Good breakfast and comfortable room. Polite staff but bathroom was not clean. Drainage was blocked so shower water formed a smelly puddle. There was hair on the floor and edges of shower taps were not clean. Toilet had bad brown staining inside.

Room was very cold because they say they won’t turn on the heat in rooms until in the November first and was 45 degrees outside but lobby heat was on I didn’t understand I had a very bad experience there

Disappointing. Booked a double room for myself and my partner after a long day travelling. Arrived, checked in and got to our room to find that it was a twin room with separate single beds. We were given no explanation at all, we weren't told that our room was being changed. We were awoken at 5am by extremely loud voices from the corridor, the soundproofing of the rooms is terrible, and then a couple of hours later the sound of a hoover outside the door for ages. Breakfast was disappointing, nothing like other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at before, hardly any selection, unclean mugs, dirty plates, very cramped buffet area

The room was freezing when we arrived and the make up sofa bed was without doubt the most uncomfortable bed I've ever felt, totally unfit for purpose. When I tried to tell the staff in the morning that the bed was not fit for purpose they couldn't understand me and just kept saying do you want us to make the bed. It totally ruined our nights sleep for our long flight the next day.

Misleading that it is on T5. I had to take bus or schedule shuttle that I had to pay for No USB in the room to charge phones. Next time I will call and make sure that hotel is at the airport

Polite, helpful staff, breakfast is good, especially as it is free. Close to Langley train station and the Elizabeth line, £8 Uber or 30 minute walk. Buses to Heathrow Terminal 5 to do a bit of plane spotting. Parking is reasonable at £16 per night. All round great base for visiting London.

overnight stay with family travelling for holiday. Really liked the convenient location to heathrow. The hotel was very clean with lovely comfortable rooms. Ate in the restaurant and the food was very good and at a reasonable cost. would certainly recommend hotel

Our room smelled of mold and wet dog. We came in late and just an overnight stay, so we decided to just suck it up and leave as early as we could. On a good note their restaurant had excellent food. Too bad the room was not up to par. The carpets definitely had seen better days.
