Lovely location close to all amenities, best of all the free parking at a nearby local car park within walking distance. The breakfast was nice especially with complimentary breakfast with the app but only for one per day so the other person had to watch lol unless you purchase the second breakfast which is well overpriced .. but all in all a very pleasant stay .. I suppose the daily rates could of been a bit more reasonable.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight put of Heathrow and wanted to be closer. Their rating was 'wonderful', and it was. I didn't sleep well, whether it was the bed feel or too cool temp or both, but the hotel itself is awesome. It is very vibrant, bustling in the lobby, great for older kids (air hockey), grabbing a late bite in the lobby reataurant, etc. I just needed a bed and got it and a shower, a bite, and it was wonderful! The only thing is you cannot be dropped off in front of the hotel, it's a bus lane. So if you are handicapped, or in a chair, etc, you'll need to travel from around the corner /across the street in. It also smelled AMAZING, they focus on little details like that, which seems rare for a budget friendly hotel. And it is vibrant in decor, very cool and artsy. I'd recommend it to most anyone.

The hotel itself and the room are actually quite good - clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were no complaints regarding the room itself. Unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely unpleasant. We stayed for only one night and spent most of it disturbed by very loud and clearly audible intimate activity in the neighboring room. There was constant loud moaning, shouting, and other inappropriate noises, which were impossible to ignore due to the complete lack of soundproofing. It genuinely felt as if everything was happening inside our room. The situation was especially unacceptable because we were staying with a child, which made the experience highly uncomfortable and inappropriate. The room itself was nice, but the noise completely ruined our stay.
