Holiday Inn Slough windsor

The stay was awful. It is the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. The furniture all needs replacing as does the carpets. The hotel needs to be painted. Customer service was also very weak and the staff had no interest in the experience. The Holiday brand is diminished greatly by the quality of this hotel.

clean, comfortable and great value

You may notice airplanes flying nearby, but it’s not disturbing at all. Overall, it’s a great bargain. The room was clean, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable double beds. We didn't know the rooms had built in AC so that was a very pleasant surprise in the 30 degree heat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were very good. Polite and attentive and the colouring books for the children at check in were a lovely touch. The hotel and restaurant were both clean and the breakfast was great. Staff were very visible and constantly topping up the buffet food. The hotel was a little bit tired and could do with a lick of paint and new carpets in the rooms and hallway but it was clean and good for a 1 night stay

This hotel doesn’t have any adjust fan for the bathroom and air conditioner system is terrible, my children would cry at night because of hot, can’t change the temperature. Room doesn’t have any refrigeration or microwave. One electric kettle, so dirty inside
