We stayed one night ahead of a birthday celebration in Maidenhead. All aspects of this hotel met our high expectations. Late check out and extra parking charges were waived for us. One tiny thing: could there be hooks for coats in the room?

I love the hotel, and the friendly staff. Everyone is so nice and the place is so clean. The only thing I would say needs improvement would be breakfast because they should just add more variety and options. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

Hotel was well located with ample parking space. Room was okay and needs refurbishing as most of the furniture was quite older and carpet was also needed to be replaced. Overall experience was good.
