The QR codes for the room service on the TV where I’m working rather than making it easily accessible to find the menu with a challenge when it came to ordering when we asked for extra sauce rather than giving us the same sauce, they brought packet options rather than what we asked for and when it came to the food service, it took a bit and not everything on the menu was good. The food wasn’t out of this world and their breakfast it was OK it wasn’t anything to be wow about it was moderate breakfast. We expected more and the gym was very dirty especially on the floors overall is a good place to stay one night if you have a layover but at that point I personally will recommend sofiel hotel rather than Hilton. The best thing they had was the wood cards for the room and the Starbucks worker she was awesome.
