We had a great stay! First home we've stayed at in Sunriver with a private fenced backyard. It was peace of mind to not worry about our 2 and 5 yr old grandsons playing outside. The house was beautiful and very accommodating to our family. It was stocked with everything needed for a stay away from home.

Great place in a great location

The house is updated and very comfortable, the outside space is private and it is an easy walk to the Village at Sunriver for groceries, restaurants and other shopping. The house is very well furnished, especially the kitchen. It has everything we needed and much more.

Quick ski weekend.

The kids liked the bikes and being able to bike to get candy and ice cream at goodies. We followed the instructions with the fireplace, but I probably would not try using it again.

Great!

Loved this place. Worked perfect for our needs. The temperature inside is set to the low 50s when you arrive, so you do need to wear jackets inside for the first 24 hours until it gets warm enough, but aside from that, it was a perfect stay.

Not what we expected.

The house wasn't ready for our check-in (heater was not on, and it was very, very cold and took all night to heat up). It wasn't fully cleaned. The amenities were lacking (ie the lack of cable channels). Otherwise, a cute and updated place with lot's of potential.

Nice Home but Not a Three Bedroom

We liked the property a lot. The problem is the house is being marketed as a three bedroom when it is a two bedroom with an upstairs landing area/loft. The loft does not have doors and serves as the hallway for the back bathroom and bedroom. This can be super awkward while you are dressing or in bed but the people in the back bedroom need to walk through your sleeping/dressing area with no doors! Again, the home was nice, but we felt misled and feel strongly that we did not want others who needed three bedrooms for privacy reasons to be misled.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed this property, as it was close to all of the amenities that Sunriver has to offer. The house was clean, inviting, and a perfect fit for our family.

We loved the home and the location. We had a bit of a snaffoo when we got there. There were dirty sheets on the floor in the master bedroom and no bedding on that bed. Also an hour later we realized that the kitchen garbage from the previous renter was overflowing in the kitchen. Those two things weren’t so great, but the rest of the stay was fantastic. The rest of the home was clean. The management company waved our cleaning fee so that was fine.

Walking distance to village. Short drive to sharc.

Nice mostly updated just the right size for small family. The bunk room is not really a room. To get to the upstairs master you must walk through it and it has no doors of it's own. This was not a problem for us but it might be for some. We will.seek out this property again to rent when we return to Sunriver. We enjoyed the house and the location.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

We loved the location of this vacation home as it was within walking distance to the village. The kitchen had everything we would need - and more! We visited Sunriver with three adult children and a toddler and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and feel comfortable. My only surprise was that the 3rd "bedroom" was actually a loft-type room at the top of the stairs. We had to walk through it to reach the 2nd bedroom. The loft was set up with bunk beds & a futon, so our single adult son ended up in this space. I was hoping that he would have his own separate room with an actual door on this trip. The home was clean & comfortable with lots of operating instructions that we really appreciated. Overall, we would highly recommend this home.

The house was great, it was so perfect being so close to the village. The only thing I would say is that keeping the house at 55 degrees in the winter was extremely tough to get the house warmed up and we were very chilled for several hours upon arrival. Other than that it was great!
