Steps to Beach with Nice Views

Clean, comfortable single family house just 4th from ocean with ocean & bayviews. House has been well kept by the owners. Interior has been freshly painted. Front deck right off kitchen for grilling after days spent on the beach. Strict NO SMOKING .. Please note interior staircase is spiral, but access to both floors from exterior staircase as well. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor with shared bathroom , 2nd floor has primary bedroom with a King Size mattress & 4th bedroom w/ shared bath. Laundry room is located on ground floor. OWNER Provides comforters only.
