Very nice and quiet apartment, (the bathroom has been renovated in January 2020), a located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and Espanya Square. Five minutes Montjuic Fair. Five minutes from the metro, and bus. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.

You can go giving a walk to the ramblas about 20 minutes and to the town center.

The building has two elevators.

The flat is very bright and quiet.

The flat has nearly everything new, it has 3 bedrooms, one queen size bed, one with bunk bed and the other one with a single bed, it has as well a sofa-bed for two people, It has a kitchen, one renovated bathroom with a big and nice shower and washing machine. There is TV, internet, cable channels, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and telephone for local calls.
We have some toys for little children, if you need we have a cot and a high seat for children.

It has been decorated with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at home.
We want you to have an unforgettable holidays.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was in excellent conditions and fully equipped with everything needed during our stay. Even a basket of fresh fruits, milk, juice, coffee and bread were left for us. Rosa and Miguel are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. The communication was great from the start. Rosa and Miguel were so kind to pick us up at the train station and took us to the apartment. We were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely use their property in any future visits to Barcelona.

Miguel and Rosa were great hosts, from picking us up at the airport and supplying the apartment with snacks and drinks to driving us to the cruise port. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and the metro, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment is off the street, so there is no road traffic, but because it faces into a courtyard, you do hear neighbors and dogs, although the sleeping hours are quiet.

Everything went just great! Thankfully the host met us at the door to demonstrate the locks and such. There was a very nice bottle of wine awaiting us. Good location for walking and for public transport. We were lucky the weather was really good. There were umbrellas for us to use. Communication was great with whatsapp, if we needed anything, and if there was a change in arrival time etc. all good. I recommend this place. We were only 2 adults, but it could easily accommodate a family of 6, maybe squeeze in another kid or 2

Incredible and Hospitable Stay!

Rosa and Miguel were absolutely amazing and wonderful hosts! They took the time out of their day to pick us up from the airport and highlight a few sights and recommendations for the area. Rosa was incredibly communicative via WhatsApp and made sure our entire stay was incredible. The unit was clean and everything worked great. They made our first visit to Barcelona an amazing experience!

Wonderful stay!

Great location-short walk to metro and bus stops, short walk to National Art Museum, near Montjuic; great neighborhood; clean and well appointed appointment-perfect for our family of 4 (that included our adult daughter and my mother). And Rosa and Miguel were wonderful hosts-they welcomed us with a tour of the apartment and detailed recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing seeing, etc.; checked on us mid-stay and even offered to drive us to the bus station when we left. And the kitchen was stocked with juice, milk, coffee, tea, pastries and a bottle of wine. Thank you for a great stay, Rosa and Miguel!

Wonderful stay, caring and informative hosts

Rosa and Miguel, are wonderful, caring hosts with lots of great information about the surrounding areas that they are very willing to share. We went to a number of restaurants they recommended and they were all very good. The accommodation was perfect for us including good air conditioning, cleanliness, bed comfort and location. On our check out day, Miguel even surprised us with a ride to the airport which was not expected but greatly appreciated.

Great location and amazing hosts

Rosa and Miguel know how to run a great apartment. They went out of their way to ensure our Barcelona experience was going to be great and it was! They arranged to pick us up at the airport which was so welcome after 2 tiring flights from Australia. The apartment is spacious and really well equipped. It’s very quiet with no street noise at all. Plenty of supermarkets, bars & cafes nearby. Rosa & Miguel gave us lots of information to insure that we made the most of our time in Barcelona. Fridge & kitchen bench stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed some local produce including a large succulent melon & a bottle of red wine. The bed was very comfortable…the list could go on & on. This place is 10/10.

Exceptional VRBO

Our stay at Rosa and Miguel’s flat was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. We loved the neighbourhood and being close to stores and shops, even though we don’t speak Spanish, we were able to enjoy. You can’t go wrong staying in this VRBO, Rosa and Miguel are lovely people and extremely helpful. Miguel even took us to the Port of Barcelona so that we wouldn’t have to call a taxi….

Our stay in Barcelona was simply wonderful and this due to the lovely apartment hosted by Rosa and Miguel. It was very clean and stocked with fruit, milk, juice, butter, jams and some like cakes/crackers. The supermarket was very close and had everything we needed. The metro is also very close which made it easy to explore Barcelona. They gave us options for things to see and do and the apartment had some maps which were very helpful. Miguel drove us to the cruise port on our last day which was extremely appreciated. Thank you Rosa and Miguel

The best host!

This property was just as they described. A great little apartment with convenient grocery stores and a metro stop just a couple blocks away. The apartment was well stocked and the hosts even provided some coffee, milk, juice, fruit, crackers and wine! Plus they even picked us up from the airport. They were very helpful with tips on the metro and where everything is located.

Wonderful, well-located Flat

We were met by the owner when we arrived and were given a through and detailed "instructional lesson" on the flat. Do's and don'ts; operate the TV; Phone; Air Conditioning; Lights; keys for street and flat door, etc. Also, a safety briefing and a public transportation tutorial. that included what tickets to buy (and the cost), and local stores for essentials and food items (if we were inclined to prepare any of our own snacks or meals) (we were). The flat was gorgeous, as advertised and is located in a regular neighborhood of Barcelona, but not too far from common tourist attractions (but with the metro 400 meters away for the destinations most visitors would want), and a second one for the more adventurous even closer. The owners were gracious and charming hosts who provided a very clean (and easy to care) for HQ for visitors like us. They are actually one of the highlights of our stay. HIGHLY recommend this flat for your stay in Barcelona! You will not be disappointed by the hosts, the value, or the location.

Location, comfort and welcoming!

Rosa and Miguel were great hosts. They gave us a lot of information and suggestions on places to visit and how to get to the locations. Their apartment was just as stated on VRBO; it was in a great location and had everything that we needed for our four night stay. Rosa and Miguel left a beautiful fruit bowl and other snacks and treats that were much appreciated. Definitely would suggest this property to anyone looking for convenience and comfort! A fantastic base for a great break!

We stayed here for a week in September and had a great time! Rosa and Miguel were fantastic hosts and gave us loads of help, information and recommendations, as well as being kind enough to provide some welcome snacks and drinks - very much appreciated! Although the apartment has 3 bedrooms we were travelling as a couple, so we had plenty of space and 2 empty bedrooms in which to store our luggage...bonus! The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, and we honestly could not think of anything that wasn't already provided. Although we've visited Barcelona previously, the location of the apartment (Poble Sec) was in a new area for us. We found plenty of shops and eating/drinking places and, after a bit of wandering, realised just what a great location we were in - very close to the Metro line at one end of the street, and just minutes from the gardens and Montjuic at the other end. There was so much to see and do, all of which was easily accessed from the apartment. We were visiting Barcelona at the time of a big, city-wide festival (La Merce) so there were lots of activities and events going on - we attended lots of them and were absolutely exhausted some days! But it was fabulous to come back to our comfortable "home" at the end of each busy day, where we had the space to relax and recover, ready for the next day. We would definitely recommend this apartment - great hosts and a great location provided us with a fantastic stay! Muchas gracias, Rosa and Miguel🙂.

Great apartment in Barcelona in a convenient location

This was our first visit to Barcelone and we had a wonderful time! The apartment was the perfect launching pad for exploring the city. Many of the places we wanted to see were within walking distance. This Montjuic apartment is elegantly furnished, comfortable, and quiet. It is also well located, close to many key sites such as Gaudi buildings, the Barcelona Cathedral, and many good restaurants. The apartment had all amenities provided and we appreciated the many niceties - fruit, coffee with milk, wine, etc. Rosa and Miguel were excellent hosts. Rosa made many suggestions which were very useful like tapas on Carrer de Blai and the t-casual pass. Finally, it was SO generous of Rosa to meet us at the airport. It took all the stress of getting to the apartment away after a tiring night’s travel. And Miguel kindly brought us to the train station at the conclusion to our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stress-free stay in Barcelona. Gracias to Rosa and Miguel!
