I had to move rooms as the blinds were broke in the first room. Second room had no hot water in the shower. Overall poor experience after traveling for 24hrs. I let the person checking me out know and his response was not helpful. I shouldn’t have to ask for maintenance twice in a 2 hr period. Your rooms should be operating properly

Staff was courteous. Bus driver made everyone put on their own bags even though I’m a 73 year old woman standing in the cold with a knee immobilizer and a 24 inch bag that needed to be put in on top of a tall stack of other bags. I got an Uber who took very good care of me. Hotel was clean but is very minimalist with no amenities.
