Fantastic find! This hotel was gorgeous with an amazing central location right on the waterfront in Barcelona. Big, quiet room, with beautiful large bathroom. The staff was great and the breakfast A+. Will definitely recommend and hope to return.

Our room was great and provided everything we needed. The front desk staff is wonderful. We arrived late at night due to our flight arrival time. I notified the hotel that we would arrive after midnight and they were accommodating and efficient. This hotel is wonderful and the location is great.

This hotel was the perfect location! Overlooking the marina providing beautiful water views while in walking distance to las ramblas, Cathedral, market, shopping and everything the gothic quarter has to offer! The staff were even better—every person provided and friendly and warm welcome from the front desk receptionists, so the rooftop waitstaff helping me practice me Spanish, and my favorite staff member, Rubin, who was the bellman. He helped me with my luggage and taxis, but more importantly he was so friendly and kind and truly went above and beyond—even remembered my name each time I walked through the lobby. Highly recommend to stay here!

We really liked this hotel. Very friendly staff the concierge was really on top of things. The location was just about perfect. Right down by the water, and right behind us was the Gothic section of Barcelona. Surrounded by great restaurants with tremendous choices of food. The hotel rooms were typically European, rather tiny, but very well designed and kept immaculately clean. If we were back in Barcelona, we come back here in the New York minute.

“Stark” is the word that comes to mind. There was one person at the check-in desk. There were no Bellman or anyone to help with our luggage. No one to meet us from the taxi. The bar was not tended. The room was very large with tiled floors and seemed very clean. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower and an incredible soaking tub. The sink area was large. The bed was a mattress on what seemed to be a wire frame underneath. The duvet was not in a cover. Just a quilted white comforter. I was not sure if it had been laundered and so I turned it so that the top sheet covering the duvet was actually next to my skin. It served for a one night stay, but I would not want to be there more than an overnight, I was looking for a luxury five star, and this is not what I expect.
