The hotel is in the heart of the rambla, close almost to everything, the staff are so polite, check is 24 hours, and we leave our luggage for 4-5 hours after check out in the hotel so we can go out The only thing that is bad is that there was so many dust in the room

It was misleading the advertising says this hotel includes breakfast, that’s the reason I booked this hotel. Unfortunately it isn’t include breakfast and there is nothing else than hot and cold water dispenser. When I asked about it at check in, I was told there isn’t anything else and I could go out for breakfast at my expense. After check in I went to the room allocated for me, when I opened the door there was already another person in it! Had to go down and finally was given another room. Don’t recommend this hotel if you think breakfast is included, it’s not. Not worth the price I paid without breakfast.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 3 in room 509, which had a lovely private rooftop terrace. Really enjoyable, hotel is massively renovated since I was last here about 17 years ago. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Our huge bed - maybe super king - was extremely comfortable, and the single bed our son had was great, too.

Refreshingly kind staff at check-in, namely Claudine. Claudine was very friendly and contacted us as soon as the room was ready (earlier than expected), but her exceptional customer service and smile in general were very much appreciated.
