Rooms were dirty and the shower in particular. The towel, bedsheets and pillow cases were stained. The staff were not helpful and gave incorrect information at more than one instance. The breakfast was also not good.

Excellent service; customer friendly staff they do everything to comfort the client. Amazing hotel; modern design great amenities. Location very good; walkable distance to public transportation and huge mall, lot's of supermarkets, pharmacies etc nearby. Great breakfasts; lot's of fresh fruits, just a little variety each day considering bread and cold cuts (like salmon etc) wpuld be nice too. But in general excellent highly recommended

Higher end liquor at rooftop bar and longer hours until 10pm. They closed at 8pm and they only had Jose Cuervo which is a low end tequila. Elevators were super slow and other times all 3 of them would be out of service.
