Beautiful hotel and they really did an excellent job with the welcome. But it went downhill after that. I tried to book dinner the one night I stayed and they basically brushed me off. However, they were quick to accommodate a couple that arrived after me at the rooftop bar/lounge - where I was told I had a reservation. I tried going to the restaurant on site, but I stood for a while waiting to be seated and no one was there. I ended up leaving and getting takeout.

Beautiful gothic quarter. Staff was awesome. Rooftop pool/bar was small but staff was spectacular making space for everyone. Highly recommend

I was there on business and the whole point was to work on my laptop - except the Internet was not working the whole time I was there. For $450 a night, this shouldn't have happened and at the very least, they should have reduced my room rate. And they pool - those chairs required a reservation, which was going to require some type of extra cost so no pool either. The staff was very nice and the rooms were big and nice. as for the perks I was supposed to be offered, I never heard about it.
