Being a short stay hotel, serving the function of a place to sleep in between flights, this hotel serves its purpose just fine. The check in is efficient, the room is clean and tidy, it is very quiet with no airport noise, the bed was comfy. While there are no bells and whistles, that’s okay, there is no need for the luxuries of a high star rated hotel. Walking out of the airport, straight ahead and into a quiet, clean hotel is all we needed.

Layover at SCL...being right at the airport is a great plus..reasonably modern hotel...room and bathroom spacious and clean..bed was okay...used restaurant for dinner and breakfast both meals were good and good service from wait staff..overall a pleasant stay.

There’s no fridge in the room which I need for my medication. Reception did offer to put it in their fridge but I didn’t want to risk anything happening to it. The room only has a pathetic wall mounted hairdryer which has low power and restricts where you can use it. The tiled shower floor was slippery so I put a hand towel on the floor to stand on. The staff were all friendly and professional.

They did not have my reservation when I arrived at 4 pm. I had booked the evening only to use the room for a shower and meal before taking a midnight flight for my family of 4. I had booked a room for 2 persons since we were not actually staying the night. They insisted that I pay another $70 for the extra people to not sleep there. The staff is basically ambivalent at best.
